Three years ago, very few educators had even heard of cloud computing. But even then, Skoodat was anticipating a coming tidal wave of change. This is why, in February 2009, Skoodat completed an acquisition of all intellectual property assets of Teacher’s Pal, Inc., which had provided curriculum management software to the education marketplace for more than 12 years.

Leveraging over a decade of learning by the Teacher’s Pal team, Skoodat has been working in stealth on new teacher-focused apps since the acquisition, and will soon begin releasing highly useful apps under the brand of Skoodat Teacher’s Pal.
